Facility Manager

Open until filled
July 2023 until June 2024

Variable hours/week

This position is 30-40 hours per week when school is not in session (summer, some breaks), and 10 hours per week when school is in session. Duties include planning and managing care of the building and grounds, including routine maintenance while school is in session and larger projects/repairs over the summer and breaks. This staff member will work closely with the School Director to develop a management plan that adheres to the Board-approved maintenance budget.

This position requires some hands-on maintenance and some management of outsourced duties. Applicants should be self-starters with experience working in maintenance. Preferred candidates will demonstrate their ability to prioritize tasks appropriately, knowledge of when to delegate/outsource, and ability to keep projects within budget–financially and timewise.
