The Centers seeks a passionate, collaborative Family Physician to provide direct primary medical care to adults and children in our growing community health practice.About The Centers & Circle Health Services

Responsibilities and Duties
- Work as part of a care team to provide quality comprehensive services to The Centers’ patients.
- Provide primary medical care services to patients in accordance with training, experience, certification, insurance and licensure.
- Refer patients to medical specialists or other sources of service when necessary.
- Prescribe and/or dispense required medication to patients according to the individual prescriptive authority granted by the Ohio State Board.
- Perform procedures such as joint injections, toe nail removal and incision and drainage.
- Provide basic women’s care services.
- Supervises nurse practitioners and other assigned providers which may include medical volunteers, trainees, and other ancillary personnel.
- OCHIN EPIC EMR
- Graduate for an accredited medical school with a degree of Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathy. Must be Board Certified/Eligible in Family Medicine
- Must possess current, valid, unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Ohio
- Must be able to participate in and maintain eligibility to receive reimbursement for services form both public and private health care insurers as directed by the organization.
- Eligible for academic appointment at local medical school preferred
- Unrestricted DEA Registration
- CPR and First Aid Certification
- Five or more years clinical practice experience preferred with demonstrated supervisory and leadership experience
