What we can give you:

• A well-established family medicine practice in Reidsville, NC.
• An ideal position for recent NP graduates (but experienced applicants are very welcome!). You will have one-on-one training from a physician mentor with 42 years experience and a NP mentor with 13 years experience. For 6 months all your patient encounters will be reviewed and discussed, if needed, by a mentor.
• The position currently requires 20 hours a week but may be expanded to 32 hours a week or more.
• Reimbursement starts at $20/hour but can increase up to $60/hour based on experience and productivity.
• Our working atmosphere is intellectual but low pressure.
• Up-to-date and Dragon are offered.
• Unlike bureaucratic medicine, decisions affecting the practice can be made immediately.

What we need from you:

1) To be smart and a quick learner.

2) To love to solve problems and help people.

3) To assess clinical problems and develop solutions rapidly, to benefit patient flow.

4) To have good command of the English language.

5) To be able to get along with our small staff.

6) To be able to work independently once you are trained.

7) To be able to interact with an older clientele, some of whom have come to this practice for 40 years.

8) An NP license in North Carolina.
