Southwest Care Center (SCC), is seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner UP TO FULL TIME serving patients in our Albuquerque and Santa Fe clinics. The Family Nurse Practitioner is responsible for providing a full range of primary care services to patients, with a focus on promotion of optimal health, prevention and treatment including medication management. Experience with HIV/HepC a plus. Will practice within scope of license with supervision / collaboration with Medical Director and in conjunction with inter-disciplinary team members.
Practice Highlights:
- Hours of Operation: Monday - Friday, typically 8a-5p
- System-wide Athena EMR
- Onsite care team includes Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, Psychiatric Practitioners, Clinical Pharmacists, Behavioral Health Clinicians, Case Managers, RN Clinic Managers, RNs, Medical Assistants, and Diabetes Educators

Candidate Highlights:
Experience:
- 1 year minimum NP; 2 or more years preferred in a primary care setting
Education:
- Master’s degree in Nursing - (ARNP)
License/Certification:
- Licensed by the State of New Mexico Board of Nursing
- National Accreditation

Pay: $90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
