The Resume Program’s goal is to attract a diverse and skilled talent pool by offering opportunities to professionals who are looking to return to work following a recent career break. This will be a 6-month return-to-work program beginning in June 2023 in our Raleigh/Durham, NC; Westlake, TX; Boston, MA; Smithfield, RI; and Merrimack, NH offices. We are actively recruiting professionals who have taken a voluntary break in their career for 2+ years and are now ready to return to the workforce.
Candidates who have worked in part-time roles or have done independent contracting will be considered for this opportunity. It is a cohort-based model that allows individuals to re-enter the workforce in a supported way with a group of fellow returning professionals. We provide a one-week intensive onboarding specially designed to build the skills needed to successfully re-enter the workforce. This proven approach fosters camaraderie among colleagues, builds confidence and upgrades professional skills that will be invaluable throughout this next phase of their career.
Note some of the responsibilities and areas of expertise listed below represent performance expectations to be met by the end of the 6-month program. The RESUME program is designed to help candidates on-ramp and upskill. We encourage all candidates with prior experience to apply!
We are currently seeking a qualified Business Analyst that will assist in partnering with key partners to influence strategic decisions, roadmaps, requirements, and execute delivery on strategic priorities. You will ensure alignment on the “what” and “when” working through ongoing planning and prioritization initiatives.
An ideal candidate can determine and specify business requirements, workflows, and use cases. He/she will build specifications, make design recommendations and processes for business services and/or products. They would be responsible for the analysis, evaluation and identification of business problems and the definition of solutions to those problems. They will work closely with project management, technology, and business resource teams to ensure business and user requirements are met.
The Expertise We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’ or equivalent with 5+ years of experience
- In depth knowledge in a variety of analytics techniques including profiling, data mining, modeling, statistical analysis, and campaign measurement
- Strong in MS Office Package usage skill especially MS Excel including strong spreadsheet and relational database skills
- Requirement gathering, working with the business / stakeholders (internal / external)

- Passion for using data to drive better business decision-making through statistical, econometric modeling, and technological techniques
- A deep understanding of analytical techniques and how they can be applied to address problem characteristics
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in the areas of strategy development, business analysis, risks, and opportunity assessment
- You have a working knowledge of analytic technologies (e.g., Tableau, Adobe Analytics, etc.)
- You know how to acquire data from various sources/environments and transform it so it can be used for analytics
- You can think on your feet and respond effectively when priorities change.
