Job Overview
The Field Receptionist role will carry a significant amount of responsibility and will require a strong stakeholder with extensive front of house and customer service experience. The Field Receptionist holds responsibility to provide general administrative and clerical support. The receptionist is the initial point of contact for all those who visit the office. As such, it is crucial that this person exhibits professionalism and a positive attitude.
How You Will Make An Impact
- Greet guests entering organization and notify host upon guest arrival
- Provide excellent customer service to clients
- Ensure project knowledge across the Reception team
- Manage luggage check-in & storage and tagging system
- Receive and route delivery items
- Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Provide support and coverage for team and/or special events, including badging
- Manage high volume lobby while simultaneously keeping reception area organized
- Collect candidate applications, including NDA, and route to appropriate party
- Arrange for ground transportation as needed
- Provide coverage for other receptionists for lunch and time off as needed
- Support additional projects and duties as assigned
- Provide excellent multi-tasking and customer service skills
What You Will Need To Succeed
- High School Diploma or GED required
- A minimum one-year experience in a customer service setting required
- A minimum one-year experience working within MS Office Suite and Outlook required
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Assertiveness, with strong influencing skills
- Ability to interact effectively at various professional levels and across diverse cultures
- Action oriented with a passion for getting things done quickly, efficiently and properly

This position may be assigned to a client that requires all individuals on-site to have the COVID-19 vaccination. The individual must be fully vaccinated before starting work at such a client site.
