Requisition Summary
The Field Sales Analyst, as part of the Sales Operations team, will act as a liaison between Regional Sales Managers, District Sales Managers, Fleet Sales Managers, and internal teams. Successful candidates for this role will support quote and retail product activities to drive a top tier customer experience. This role will be located in Kirkland, WA.
Job Functions / Responsibilities
- Act as liaison between Sales, Materials, and Engineering to support backlog updates and field impact, and between Sales and Accounting to assist with cost analysis
- Work on continuous process improvements and automation projects to streamline administrative processes used by the field sales team.
- Support Regional Sales Managers, District Sales Managers, and Fleet Sales Managers to navigate internal processes and ensure proper discounts on the sales allowance audit
- Collaborate with various teams to identify pain points and deliver solutions between Kenworth Division and plants.
- Create ad hoc queries and reports as assigned in support of the sales operations department, including Pricing and Fleet Pricing.
- Implement new processes and lead any testing required to ensure accuracy and efficiency
- Review option approval requests (OARs) that impact the quoting and retailing of product
- Act as a backup to Plant Logistics Manager.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Accounting or other related area required
- 2+ years truck industry experience
- Ability to communicate clearly, both written and verbal, and work effectively with a wide variety of people
- Demonstrated ability to gather facts and resolve problems in a positive and efficient manner
- Effectively manage multiple projects and maintain a high level of productivity in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Strong PC skills including working with Access databases and Excel spreadsheets required
- Tableau, database, and SQL experience desired
- Six Sigma experience is a strong plus
- Analytical aptitude and demonstrated research acumen
- Strong attention to detail and customer service focus

The salary range for the Field Sales Analyst is $72,200-$108,000 annually. This position is also eligible for a holiday gift. Additionally, this role is eligible for the full range of benefit options listed above.
