Field Supervisors for LA METRO SURVEY PROJECT (Los Angeles area)

We are a downtown LA based firm specializing in transportation research projects. We are seeking 3 Field Supervisors for a 6-week project October 25-December 15 for LA METRO. You will be managing a team of 10 surveyors on your shift. These surveyors will be riding various assigned bus/train lines in the Los Angeles area handing out a Customer Satisfaction Surveys to public transportation riders encouraging them to fill it out.

The surveyors get on bus routes to survey on at different locations throughout LA each day so you must be able to get to these locations to get your staff on their bus routes. THIS IS A FIELD POSITION, NOT AN OFFICE POSITION.

As a part of your responsibilities, you will get survey packets and supplies ready for each staff member, create schedules for each day and assign people to each shift, make sure each staff get onto the correct bus route either at the bus Divisions or in the field, bundle all completed surveys and ship to our client once a week. At times if staff get off their bus route before where their cars are parked, you may need to pick them up or Uber them back to their starting location. You must be very detail oriented and able to think quickly.

MUST HAVE A LAPTOP with Microsoft Excel and a CAR.

DETAILS:

Project Dates: October 24th-Dec 15th. Monday-Friday

Shifts: AM Shift (4am-12pm), MID Shift (9am-6pm) and PM Shift (12pm-9pm)

Hours: 40 hours per week

Training: Tuesday, October 25th 10am-4pm
Pay rate: $30.00 per hour

REQUIREMENTS:

· Must be extremely detail oriented

· Experience managing people

· Microsoft Excel knowledge required

· Your own laptop is necessary

· Ability to train staff and encourage them to perform

· Highly Dependable and Reliable

· Must be able to get to various locations around Los Angeles County
