THE NEED
An energetic and change-adept financial and business navigator to partner with the Information Technology Services Organization (ITSO). We need a highly motivated and persistent individual interested in applying their skills in a dynamic and challenging learning environment.
THE JOB
Working as a member of the Financial & Business Navigation Team within Finance, you will partner with ITSO leaders to provide financial, analytical, and business insights to enable data-driven business decisions that improve Enterprise Value.
As a Finance Business Partner, you will be responsible for activities such as:
- Partner with the Chief Information Officer and her leadership team to provide critical financial information, analysis, and insight to support and execute operational plans.
- Lead short-term and long-term financial planning activities with the ITSO, such as the rolling forecast and budget process.
- Drive process improvement through internal controls, internal reporting, and all other processes.
- Understand the ITSO systems, capabilities and strategy and ensure finance needs are in alignment with the ITSO.
- Manage and develop a financial analyst.
- Possess an understanding of technology trends and use this knowledge to identify and propose ways to enhance efficiency and productivity through better utilization of current technology, or development of solutions with the IT department.
- Provide timely and accurate ad hoc reports and analysis.
- Working with finance colleagues to ensure accurate and efficient financial closes and report results to senior leadership.

- Knowledge of finance systems and tools (ex. GFS, Planful, PowerBI, SAP, MS Office)
SKILLS & EDUCATION
10+ years of experience
BS in finance, economics, engineering or a technical degree
MBA is highly desirable
