What Tallahassee Harley-Davidson is looking for:

Tallahassee Harley-Davidson is looking for an experienced sales driven Motorcycle/Powersports/Automotive Finance Manager. A team oriented mindset and warm personality is a must. A seasoned finance manager who is looking for a place to call home, in an even paced environment with a stable schedule PLUS the desire to build a lasting relationship with our expanding family of customers is the ideal candidate.

Job Duties include but are not limited to the following:

• Be a Team Player

• Understand & know how to execute the full customer buying path from sale to financial funding

• Work with sales team on a team and one-to-one basis

• Analyze credit reports for all information

• Prepare required transaction documents and loan agreements

• Ensure compliance to local, state and federal regulations

• Ensure complete customer satisfaction and strive to continuously create “Customers for Life”

• Basically, BE A PROFESSIONAL!

Qualifications:

• Previous Finance/Business Management experience

• From Motorcycle/Powersports industry or

• From Automotive background

• Strong sales and customer service skills

• Knowledge of Federal and State Compliance laws

Compensation:

This is a $100k+ income per year with benefits package including paid vacation, employer majority paid medical benefits including dental, 401k with profit sharing, and other benefits.
