Job Description:

We're seeking an experienced, intellectually curious Loan Processor/Closer to join our enterprising team. This role is at the heart of our operations, where you will process and close loans with precision and efficiency. Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough reviews of loan application forms for completeness and accuracy.
• Authenticate the accuracy of loan applications and supporting documentation with meticulous atention to detail.
• Apply analytical acumen to assess loan applicants' financial statuses, credit scores, and property evaluations.
• Collaborate effectively with underwriters to finalize the underwriting process and address any discrepancies.
• Facilitate requests for additional documentation with a client-focused approach.
• Deliver superior customer service, maintaining regular and transparent communication with clients.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with clients throughout the loan process, ensuring a positive and seamless experience.
• Prepare all necessary documents for loan closings with utmost atention to detail.
• Coordinate with all involved parties to ensure smooth and timely closings.
• Collaborate with other team members to drive seamless operations and promote a harmonious work environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement efforts to optimize lending processes.
• Engage in comprehensive training in finance and funding operations, displaying readiness to grow into a leadership role.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of new loan products and services, fueling the growth and evolution of our company.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrable experience in lending, loan processing, or title, with a track record of excellence.
• Comprehensive understanding of loan underwriting and processing procedures. Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with an ability to build strong relationships.
• Unwavering atention to detail, with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
