Volofit is looking for someone passionate about fitness to join their team. The ideal candidate will embrace our core culture that fitness should be always fresh, expertly crafted and perfectly balanced. Volofit is a novel, class-based fitness studio. The group classes are focused on transformation to help you become a better version of yourself, every day. Each session is a HIIT, functional fitness-focused program, lasting 50 minutes, with a capacity of up to 32 people and is designed to allow anyone, regardless of their current abilities, to enjoy.
We are seeking a passionate, experienced Studio Sales Manager to help oversee the daily sales operations. This individual will be responsible for front-of-house operations, including running the sales process, recruiting an amazing team, training and managing sales staff, retail sales, and customer management/membership sales. We are looking for engaging, outgoing and inspiring individuals that possess a strong fitness background and excel at bringing customers together in a team-focused environment.
Compensation:$50,000/year to start plus bonus and commission
Responsibilities:The ideal candidate must be dependable, timely, diligent, self-motivated, confident, and great with people. Timeliness is key. Responsibilities include:
Prioritization of Membership Sales- Report directly to the studio owner on all elements of the front-of-house operations
- Develop a deep understanding of Volofit core values and selling points
- Create local marketing plans for generating leads and membership sales
- Ensure location is run in accordance with all Corporate standards
- Maintain a clean, functional, and safe studio environment
- Recruit, hire, and train studio staff
- Run regular team meetings and training for all staff
- Create an exceptional community-focused culture
Schedule Requirements:
The Sales Manager is a full-time salaried position that should ensure the front desk is always staffed from 5 am to 8 pm. Outside front desk staff, the position is open to some remote work for planning and calling activities. Technology is used to keep managers in contact with the studio during work hours. Candidates must be able to work two weekends per month at a minimum and must be flexible and willing to work occasional workshops.
Qualifications:- 5+ years of sales experience (fitness preferred)
- 2+ years of management experience preferred
- NASP - Certified Professional Sales Person certification or equivalent preferred
- Excellent written/verbal communications skills
- Organizational skill/proven attention to detail
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong computer skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
