• Ensure compliance with all Department of Transportation regulations by maintaining all driver and fleet files.
• Maintain all required database records in accordance with company policy and FMCSR.
• Conduct periodic auditing of database records to ensure completion and compliance.
• Track all driver credentials and assist in the annual driver review process.
• Maintain all driver and fleet databases and file repositories.
• Run and format reports with a 30-60-90 day outlook on expiring certifications and delivering to manager for dissemination and follow up.
• Other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent is required
• Microsoft Office and Google Suite experience required, smartsheets a plus
• Must have excellent communication and accurate data entry skills
• A proven track record of dependability, on-time delivery and meticulous accuracy

• Experience with FMCSR is a plus
• 0-2 years clerical experience preferred
• Multi-functional administrative and/or database processing experience preferred
• Demonstrated proficiency organizing documents for file retention preferred
• Editing and maintaining digital documents preferred

Pay begins at $15.00 per hour, based on experience.
