Reporting to the General Manager, Lifetime Green Coatings is seeking a installation technician to install our floor coating technology and serve the customers in our community.

The Install Technician is responsible for completing the installation process of our green coating technology, including base coat, flake, and topcoat applications. You have experience working in a role that prioritizes attention to detail, working independently. Applying some type of coating to an existing concrete surface is preferred. You can quickly learn a new product offering and installation methods. You are comfortable working on-site for clients and demonstrating LGC’s White Glove service and our Jobsite Code of Conduct. You are an accountable self-starter that enjoys working in a fast-paced, energetic, and collaborative environment.

The install tech will work with a lead install tech and must be excited to learn the trade. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a highly experienced installer to gain extensive industry knowledge while working with an exciting company.

Responsibilities:

• Effective and efficient installation of our LGC Coating Technology

• Attention to detail while working on a customers’ site

• Effective preparation of the floor surface prior to applying our basecoat

• Communication with management if an issue arises that impedes the installation process

• Exemplifying Lifetime Green Coating’s White Glove Service

• Adhere to our Jobsite Code of Conduct

• Use of our operating system to enter notes and upload before/after pictures to close out each work order

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Competitive spirit with a drive to succeed in a metric-driven environment

• Previous floor coating experience using epoxy or paint is preferred

• Ability to stand

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• The ideal candidate must be able to complete all physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation

• Ability to give and receive feedback in a fast-paced environment

• Excellent problem-solving skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
