Job Skills / Requirements

The primary duty of the floor technician is maintaining the cleanliness of the floors and carpets in the location they work in.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining hard surface floors by dust mopping, damp mopping, spray buffing, scrub and recoat, strip and finish.
• Maintain carpeted areas by vacuuming. Spot and stain removal. shampooing and extraxtion.
• Other general cleaning and project work, as required.

Qualifications

• Expereince with floor machines, usage and maintenance
• Lift 50 pounds
• Walk and stand for long periods of time
• Interface with customer personel
• Read, write, and speak English
• Perform tasks that require physical movement, bending, and reaching
• Pass pre-employment drug screen
• Pass criminal background check
