• Manage the flooring job files
• Perform detailed and accurate flooring measurements and product details
• Coordinate crew and job scheduling
• Receive general phone calls
• Scheduler estimator and sub contractors
• Perform general administration duties
• Assist other departments, as needed

• 3+ year(s) of flooring sales and service experience
• Customer service experience, quality assurance, and scheduling a plus
• Experience in service industry environment a plus
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented office environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (i.e., Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Ability to learn new software, including Xactimate® and proprietary software
• Minimum of HSD/GED preferred
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
