We are looking for a dedicated, creative Food & Beverage Operations manager to join our team for the newest theatre The Landmark Closter Plaza located in Closter, NJ.

Essential Duties include, but are not limited to:

· Manage food & beverage operations and day-to-day theatre operations to the highest standards.

· Manage theatre operations, including staff management, training and development, forecasting, planning, sourcing and ordering food and beverages, and maintaining inventories.

· Monitoring and maintaining cleanliness and working condition of all equipment

· Ensure compliance with all local health and safety regulations by all members of the staff

· Maintain familiarity with all local liquor laws, ensure that all required training and licenses are current, and staff maintains 100% compliance with all company and local requirements for responsible alcohol service.

Qualifications:

· Management experience in addition to a minimum of 2 years of food and beverage experience

· Previous theatre management experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
