ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Direct the efforts of field personnel.
- Assist Superintendent in the development of the two week look ahead schedule.
- Ensure that all workers are provided with a schedule that they must work on.
- Provide workers with information on how a project needs to be completed.
- Ensure that subcontractors and self-perform teams are fully executing and complying with the scope of works.
- Identify subcontractor non-compliance with safety, health, and environmental quality standards.
- Identify conflicts in construction progress and communicate them to project team for resolution.
- Ensure subcontractor has corrected al deficiencies identified by project team.
- Identify and rectify job Hazards on an immediate basis
