<p>*$500 sign on bonus after 30 days of work!!* Looking for responsible and professional individuals to fulfill Forestry Technician positions throughout Oregon. Our Forestry Technicians primarily work on private timberlands collecting field data and performing inspections. The work performed involves traversing difficult ground at times along with working in adverse weather conditions at times. Applicants that apply can expect a physically demanding yet rewarding job. Applicants must be able to drive narrow logging roads with heavy truck traffic and be able to communicate position via CB radio. These positions are an excellent opportunity for recent graduates of 2 and 4 year Forestry programs. Experienced and professional Wildland Firefighters are encouraged to apply. Areas with open positions: Eugene/Springfield, Roseburg, Coos Bay, Cottage Grove. Experience: AA in Forestry or other related field with recent forestry experience preferred. Timber Cruising experience desired!! Requirements: Valid drivers license and proof of auto insurance. Must have a WORKING and RELIABLE 4x4 vehicle (no all wheel drive vehicles) Mileage reimbursed at the government rate.</p>
