Compensation: $24.75/HR

Location: 1205 Wharf Rd, DuPont, WA 98327

Shift: 2nd, Tues-Fri 4PM-4AM

**Training for the first FOUR weeks will be first shift, Mon-Thurs 4AM-4PM**

What the job is:

• Warehouse Forklift Operators (MHE Operators) will use various forklifts to maintain warehouse stock and assist in loading transport trucks for shipment
• They are responsible for unloading product by hand or through using equipment, staging products to fulfill customer orders
• Assist in organizing and maintaining existing inventory in an accurate manner
• Providing exemplary teamwork to their coworkers
• Preference is given to candidates who are licensed or hold previous experience driving a forklift
• Overtime hours are available and sometimes required during the busier times of the year.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• 2 years of recent warehouse and/or forklift experience is preferred
• Strong attention to detail
• Must possess a strong understanding of teamwork, communication, and customer service
• Able to lift, push, and slide packages that typically weigh up to 70lbs
• Ability to learn quickly and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to work overtime as needed
• High school diploma/GED required
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
