Henry Industries, Inc. is seeking Forklift Operators for our North Kansas City, MO location!
$16.00 Hourly plus a $500 Retention Bonus**
Voluntary Benefits include: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, and 401k
Available Schedule: Monday through Friday; 6:00am to 2:30pm

Duties:

• Loading, unloading, shipping, and receiving warehouse items
• Transporting materials to different locations within the facility
• Securing loads to the machine before transportation
• Managing inventory by utilizing RF scanning equipment
• Report shortages/quality deficiencies to supervisor
• Wrap pallets/totes, as needed
• Physical ability to read labels and sort product to its proper location
• Stack freight sensibility to avoid damage to product, as well as injury to self and others
• Obtain safety certification for forklift and electric pallet jack if applicable
• Follow all company/customer process' and procedures
• Report all customer compliance issues to supervisor
• Ability to be a self-starter and utilize time well, to reach HII deadlines and demands
• Communicate with management and supervisors, within given departments
• Ensure compliance with HII safety guidelines while performing job duties
• Handle physical demands of position and working in a non-climate-controlled warehouse
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
• Ability to be flexible with duties/schedule, depending on the level of workload
• Other duties, responsibilities or assignments as may be required, as assigned by management team

Education Required:

• High School Diploma/GED
