Free People Wholesale Sales Operations Coordinator
Reports to:
Sales Operations Director
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for creating and distributing various reports to the Sales & Management Teams, including but not limited to Bookings, Open Opportunity, Financial Recaps, and other ad-hoc positions, forecasts and hindsights.
- Support Sales Operations Manager in running and distributing the daily forecast reporting.
- Manage creation/support/distribution of retail sales reporting, utilizing Skypad.
- Manage content and copy information and dissemination to wholesale accounts.
- Become proficient in Blue Cherry, EDW, and B2B systems, work towards supporting new hires in onboarding.
- Chargeback management and recoupment. Partner with CS and Sales to review chargebacks, the causes of chargebacks and work together to recoup costs and minimize occurrences.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with the Sales Management team to understand and anticipate reporting needs.
- Strong experience in reporting software suites and excel is helpful and necessary.
- Always be willing to assist in other areas of the business with a hands-on approach when necessary.
Qualifications

Education
Bachelor’s degree in fashion related field

The compensation range for this role is $58,000.00 to $60,000.00. Wages are based on several factors, including, but not limited to, experience, education, geographic location, etc.
