As a Freight Agent, you will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with customers and carriers, negotiating rates, and assisting my operations team in managing the transportation of freight. You will need to have an entrepreneurial attitude, a competitive and confident personality, and a track record in maintaining relationships with shippers and customers. We do have all that is required to work directly with shippers.

To be successful in this role, you must have strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think and respond quickly to service issues. You must be adaptable to the changing needs of clients, have effective follow-up skills, and a deep knowledge of the freight brokerage environment. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a high level of initiative and energy.

This position will require

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
