The Beauty Clinic, a premier medical practice that focuses on cosmetic injectables (Botox and fillers) is looking for Front Desk Coordinators and Injector's Assistants.

We are excited to be opening our brand new Fort Lauderdale office and are putting together an amazing team for that location!

You will be fully trained for your role. During the initial 3 months of training, you will be working at our Aventura office. During the training, you may be asked to work a late shift (11:00AM - 7:00 PM) on some days. No experience with cosmetic injectables is required, but past work experience in medical, optometry, dental, or law offices is a plus.

The ideal candidate posses excellent verbal communication skills, is professional, kind, detail oriented, a team player, and enthusiastic about providing exceptional patient care. This is a busy medical practice, and you must be able to stay focused in a fast-paced environment.

The Front Desk Patient Coordinator responsibilities are:

• Handle 50-100 inbound and outbound calls, texts, and email messages per day in a highly professional manner
• Schedule appointments, check patients in and out, manage patient forms and paperwork, scan forms into digital charts, collect payments, and more administrative duties

The Injector's Assistant responsibilities are:

• Prepare the patient for treatment: take patient's photos, review consent forms and post-op instructions, clean the patient's skin, apply numbing cream, prepare the tray with filler and Botox syringes
• Clean treatment rooms between patients and make sure all rooms are properly stocked
• Support the Cosmetic Injector and other team members in providing outstanding patient care
