Deux Rosé Beauty Refinery is a leading med spa brand located in the heart of South West Las Vegas. Our Front Desk Team is looking for a talented communicator that has a passion for the esthetics industry. Candidates must thrive in a high paced environments and enjouy customer service focused activities. Front desk personnel assists with the overall patient experience, allowing our patients to look and feel their best with ease.
Responsibilities:
- Appointment Booking
- Patient Phone Calls
- Warmly Check Patients in and out of the Clinic
- Collects payments for services
- Returns client emails
- Provides basic educational information regarding booking procedures and services
- Assists providers with Skincare Sales/ Check Out
- EMR Data Entry

Qualifications:
Education/Training:
- Requires a high school diploma or its equivalent
Experience:
- 1 years of healthcare experience (not required)
- Experience in a customer care or customer service setting
- Knowledge of clinic operations preferred
- Knowledge of EMR Systems preferred
- Knowledge of esthetic practices preferred
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office

- Must be flexible and adaptable and be able to thrive in a high-growth, dynamic environment
- Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated
- Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on capacity

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Candidate should possess strong analytical and organizational skills and be detail-oriented
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
