Description: We are a local insurance agency looking for an Administrative Assistant. Ideal candidate is someone who has a positive attitude and is willing to go the extra mile for our clients. No insurance experience is necessary, we can train the right applicant.

We are looking for:

-Someone who is outgoing and personable with our clients
-Wants to learn and advance in our company
-Assist with customer retention
-Have your insurance license or have the ability/willingness to get licensed for property/casualty and possibly life/health
-Helps with marketing ideas and campaigns
-Team Player
-Proficient with learning new systems (office systems and quoting software)
-Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Word
-Dependable

Main tasks include:

-Filing
-Scheduling appointments
-Answering Phones
-Customer Service
-Handling money
-Marketing
-Following up with clients

Schedule:

• 12:30pm - 4:30pm Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday
• 8:30am - 4:30pm Wednesday and Friday

Compensation: $15 to $22 per hour

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $21.00 per hour

• Marysville, MI 48040: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
