MozArt Music Academy is opening a second location in Woodland Hills and we are looking to add front desk receptionists to our current staffs. We are the biggest music school in the Valley with over 20 teachers and 3 receptionists.

An ideal candidate will have exceptional skills in communication, organization, computer, social media network, and multimedia. We are looking for someone with positive vibe and willingness to grow with the business. A college degree is preferred and previous work experiences in a high traffic business with frequent people-to-people interaction is a must.

DUTIES:

• Welcome clients and give tours to prospective clients of our facility
• Enrolling new students and following up on leads and making sales
• Enforcing policies and managing cancellations, rescheduling, holds, and withdraws
• Answering and returning client calls/text promptly and professionally
• Replying to voice/text messages and emails promptly and professionally
• Scheduling and rescheduling lessons accurately
• Making phone calls for follow up
• Communicating with clients and teachers through email/phone efficiently
• Keeping lobby and restrooms clean
• Filing personal information confidentially (Google Doc/Google Sheet and paper)
• Processing payments (credit card/check) using virtual payment terminal
• Organizing and/or assisting in events (i.e. student recitals)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
