Using a variety of techniques, we will customize a massage to revitalize and rejuvenate your sore muscles. Combining Lomilomi, Deep Tissue, Thai, Trigger Point and other techniques, we will focus on relieving muscle tension and pain as well as, incorporating relaxation and stretching techniques when needed to provide added relief.

Our goal is to take care of each client as an extended Ohana. We aim to meet the needs of each individual so that they leave feeling painless and stress free.

Our Ideal Candidate:

• Previous reception experience preferred but not required
• Ability to multi task
• Responsible and reliable
• Strong communication skills
• Maintain a professional apperance
• Fast learner
• Available during the day. Time varies from 9am - 6pm

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilites:

• Answer phones, check voicemail, call back missed calls
• Book appointments in Google Calendar and Spa Booker
• Check out clients after appointments with Square/Spa Booker/Cash/Gift Certificate
• Handle all gift certificate redemption and purchases
• Input and file new clients
• Pull client charts for upcoming days. File past charts that have been completed.
• Maintain front reception area (Wipe windows, sweep floors, fluff pillows, restock)
• Make copies of client intake forms and charts when necessary
• Keep bathroom stocked with toilet paper, soap and paper towels

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
