We are currently seeking a Full-time Bilingual Front Desk Receptionist/Data Entry Clerk for a thriving residential community located in Pembroke Pines, FL. The ideal candidate will have a warm, welcoming personality, and be energetic, goal-driven, kind, and empathetic. Primary Responsibilities:
- Excellent bilingual in both English & Spanish oral/written communication and analytical skills
- Greet and welcome residents and visitors as soon as they arrive at the office. Attend visitors or direct to the appropriate office personnel. Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
- Answer emails on a timely manner
- Review renewed leases and update in the system
- Accept assessment payments & log appropriately
- Process payments
- Install Decals and parking decals
- Create work orders as required
- Handle clubhouse reservations
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms )
- Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email
- Receive, sort and distribute mail/deliveries
- Maintain office security by following the COVID-19 safety procedures and controlling access
- Keep inventory of office supplies in stock
- Update calendars and schedule meetings
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning
- Assist the Property Manager and Assistant with other duties and assignments
Skills
- Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
- Professional attitude and appearance
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
- Excellent organizational skills
- Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Customer service attitude
- High school degree
- Fully Bilingual English & Spanish
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday from 8:30am-5pm
Experience:
