Front Office Assistant
Job description
AJ's Collision Paint & Body is looking for full time individual who has reliable transportation and would also like to stick around for long term growth with the company. The job description would include answering phones, returning phone calls, speaking to insurance adjusters about the clients vehicle/claim, creating invoices, ordering parts, using the insurance system (CCC), Using the Mitchel system to create estimates, transporting vehicles to and from dealers, managing the front office, purchasing supplies as needed, etc.
