Front Office Manager
Job description
Our office is seeking a part-time office manager for our busy rental property management office. We manage around 200 rental properties in and around the Battle Creek area.
Job Duties
- Data entry, record keeping, simple accounting
- Manage and maintain confidential information
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance requests, rental inspections, and property showings with agent, applicants, owners, tenants, and/or venders
- Draft tenant letters, rental paperwork, invoicing, and court documents
- Application processing and background checks.
- General office support by assisting basic office duties such as answering phones, rent collection, filing, cleaning, processing applications
Position Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent- some college courses preferred
- Minimum 2 years office experience with references
- Front office or customer service experience
- Excellent verbal, written, and electronic communication skills,
- Working experience or college course work in Microsoft Word, Excel Experience prefered in Quickbooks, and/or Quicken.
- Must pass basic background check

Our office, partnered with Pearse Realty Inc., offers room, apartment, & housing rentals, storage rentals, property management services, and home/investment property sales & purchase. Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour
