As a Fulfillment Operations Specialist , you will work on a team that oversees the delivery of more than 100,000 PC’s & Mac’s annually. Utilizing both your technical knowledge and data analysis experience you will monitor these deployments for completion while also looking for opportunities to improve the service. You will become a SME in hardware provisioning processes and have an opportunity to influence the service using cutting-edge automation to ensure end users have the devices they need when they are needed.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Identify operational issues and partner with fulfillment vendor and Optum IT teams to identify automation enhancement opportunities that help implement solutions and drive service improvements
• Detailed monitoring of hardware provisioning performance data on multiple workstreams to ensure service levels are being achieved
• Perform Net Promoter Score (NPS) survey follow-ups, identify key drivers and appropriate action items, and create monthly reporting
• Administer the Replacement Computer Program which replaces end of life devices by importing device data, overseeing scheduling and communication with end users, monitor available inventory and vendor capacity.
• Assist with hardware asset management reporting and research as well as monthly remote and semi-annual physical inventory reconciliation
• Routine review of and updating of email templates
• Create and update various technical documentation and process maps as needed
• Project management including coordinating and facilitating meetings
• This role is Remote Nationwide
• The shift for this role will be: Monday - Friday, 1pm - 10pm CST

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree OR 3+ years equivalent experience in information technology role
• 3+ years of experience with Excel reporting
• 3+ years of data analysis experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft SharePoint administration experience
• Service Level Agreement (SLA) management
• Net Promoter Score (NPS) analysis
• Proficient with reporting solutions such as Tableau and Microsoft Power BI
• Process and technical documentation creation and management
• ServiceNow incident and request management tool
• Vendor management experience

• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively to both technical and non-technical individuals
• Passionate about providing an amazing customer experience
• Analytical, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
