Responsibilities
- Contribute to the development and design of applications by employing the Axle Informatics standard technology stack, including Angular, TypeScript, Node.JS, Postgres, and MongoDB.
- Conduct thorough code reviews and provide necessary corrections to address pull requests (PRs)
- Engage in agile methodology-based software development, contribute to rapid prototyping, and enable the delivery of final products. Implement modern and responsive applications utilizing Axle’s standard stack
- Develop robust and efficient code within the scope of Axle's standard technology stack, while also demonstrating adaptability by embracing new languages and frameworks when necessary
- Conduct unit, end-to-end, and performance load tests on software to guarantee its reliability and scalability
- Design and construct Application Program Interfaces (APIs) and comprehensive software frameworks
- Minimum of 5 years experience in full-stack or server-side development roles.
- Proven experience in building scalable web-based applications.
- Proficiency in designing, implementing, and using RESTful Web Services within a Service-Oriented Architecture.
- At least 5 years of active experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Angular is required.
- A minimum of 5 years of practical experience with Node JS and/or TypeScript is a must.
- Experience with D3 is highly desirable.
- Significant experience with Model-View-Controller (MVC) is a strong advantage.
- A deep understanding of version control principles, preferably with Git.
- Experience with mocking frameworks, testing frameworks, dependency injection, and using NoSQL or relational databases.
- Exceptional knowledge of HTML and CSS with strong skills in cross-browser layout and responsive design.
- A meticulous approach with the ability to develop reliable, scalable, and adaptable software.
- Understanding and experience with authentication methods such as Auth0 is a plus.
