Job Summary/Company:
Sparks Group has partnered with several prominent and successful companies in the Jacksonville, FL area to identify Full Stack Developers comfortable with front and back-end programming. This position is 100% remote. The Developer is responsible for developing and designing front-end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications, and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties.
Responsibilities:
Develop front-end website architecture- Design user interactions on web pages
- Develop back-end website applications
- Create servers and databases for functionality
- Ensure cross-platform optimization for mobile phones
- Ensure responsiveness of applications
- See a project through from conception to completion
- Design/develop APIs
- Meet both technical and consumer needs
- Stay abreast of developments in web applications and programming languages
Qualifications/Background Profile:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science preferred- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Proficiency with fundamental frontend languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Familiar with JavaScript frameworks (AngularJS, React, Amber)
- Proficiency with server-side languages (Python, Ruby, Java, PHP, .NET)
- Familiar with database technology (MySQL, Oracle, MongoDB)
- Excellent verbal communications skills
- Good problem-solving skills
