Mini Einstein's enrollment is increasing and we are looking to add more amazing teachers!!

Mini Einstein's Learning Center in Lynnwood, WA is a family/veteran-owned and operated, fully licensed, Christian-based childcare center offering care to more than 160 children ages 4 weeks – 12 years old. We have found success in offering lower-than-required ratios in classrooms, large outdoor play spaces, and employing ECE professionals. We want our teachers to be experienced (licensed childcare facility), educated (ECE credits), be passionate about children, have a good understanding of the WAC, and be reliable and dependable, so that you can build a trustworthy bond with your students and parents.

We are seeking a Lead Teacher in our 1-year-old and our 2 year old classrooms for our early learning center. All of our classrooms are divided into small age groups (every 6 months) so all the students are within the same level physically and academically. There are 12 students max in the classroom with 2 teachers.

Responsibilities:

• Create activities designed to promote intellectual and creative growth
• Create a fun and safe learning environment
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with students and parents
• Communicate with parents and teachers on students' activities and progress
• Maintain the health and safety of all students

Qualifications:

• Passionate about working with children
• Have 1 year of childcare experience
• Ability to build rapport with children
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirements before starting:

• Must have TB shot
• First Aid and CPR (including infants) card (in-person training)
• DCYF Background check

*There are additional requirements that will need to be completed within one month of hire.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
