Full and Part-Time Positions Available for Inventory Associate and/or Administrative Assistant - Sales and Marketing.

Ideal candidate can work in Mobile and/or Baldwin Counties of Alabama with availability would range Sunday through Thursday (between the hours of 5am - 3pm). Business owner willing to work with candidate's afternoon/evening shift 2nd job.

Persons in this position are responsible for inventorying liquor, beer, and wine stock at bars and restaurants using our proprietary technology. The auditor will count and weigh product (i.e., bottles, kegs, etc.) to perform an accurate inventory count via scanners & scales. Additional duties may include collecting invoices from a client’s deliveries.

Restaurant or bar experience is preferred, but not required. The best-fit candidate will have strong communication skills and strict attention to detail.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF INVENTORY ASSOCIATE:
● Provide regularly scheduled inventory audits of all beer, wine, and liquor in the establishment.
● Perform an accurate inventory audit through the use of assigned proprietary computer technology and equipment.
● Maintaining the highest level of integrity, professionalism and ethics in all actions.
● Travel in personal vehicle to different clientele bar/restaurant locations in Baldwin and Mobile Counties, as assigned.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES OF - EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - SALES-MARKETING

• Assist with above-mentioned regularly scheduled inventory audits.
• Be responsible for regular social media postings.
• Attend Chamber of Commerce Events and other Networking Events.
• Assist the business owner with various administrative tasks.
• Maintaining the highest level of integrity, professionalism and ethics in all actions.
• Travel in personal vehicle to different clientele bar/restaurant locations in Baldwin and Mobile Counties, as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS FOR ALL POSITIONS:
● Must be punctual and able to work early morning hours which may vary from 5:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m (and in some cases 4:00 am). Administrative Assistant position hours may vary.
● Reliable transportation
● Skilled in computer, internet, and Microsoft Office Applications.
● Possess strong communication, anticipative, and time management skills.
● Must have strict attention to detail, ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work.
● Positive, customer service oriented attitude at all times.
● Possess a work ethic that encourages the highest level of accuracy and quality in a team environment.
● Ability to work well with other staff members in the facility.
● Ability to undertake and complete multiple tasks.
● Must be able to work alone on assigned tasks.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
● Must be able to shift a keg of beer several inches onto a scale.

● While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift; move around the facility including but not limited to accessing overhead shelving and climbing stairs; stand for several hours; talk and hear.

● This position may require working in temperatures of 32-40 degrees (walk-in cooler) for a portion of each audit.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
