Family Pathways Thrift Stores is currently recruiting for a Store Manager to manage the day to day operations of our Ham Lake Thrift Store location. Store Managers recruit, train, build and lead a team of staff and volunteers to help transform community donations of gently-used clothing and household goods into funding for our core social programs. Store Managers are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the thrift store, including, but not limited to, building a strong team of staff and volunteers, achieving sales revenue goals, and ensuring a clean, safe and inviting thrift store environment. Your work translates into helping create a safety net of essential services in your community.

- Proven leader with past management experience
- Strategic planner and problem-solver
- Hands-on leader with exceptional time-management skills to balance store management and active participation in all aspects of store operations
- Comfortable & knowledgeable with computers, MS Office, MS 365, Outlook

Family Pathways' support services provides healthy food access, domestic and sexual violence prevention and victim services, supervised visitation, and services for older adults and caregivers.
What You Get in Return:
- Work-Life Balance: Operating Hours: Monday - Friday 9AM to 7PM, Saturdays 9AM to 6PM and Sundays 11AM to 5PM, with some weekend and closing shifts each month.
- Salary: $45,000/yr, commensurate with experience and Family Pathways pay structure based on a 40-hour work week.
