SUMMARY

Cultivate cannabis in our state of the art, commercial grow facility with an awesome and long-term team by your side. Great atmosphere and people. Very team-oriented environment. Previous gardening experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate if you are hardworking, trustworthy, and have a great attitude. Previous gardening experience does not need to be Cannabis growing experience.

Advancement --- Raises and reviews are offered after 90 days and 6 months after your initial review, and annually. Each review period will provide an opportunity for a $1+ raise. If you advance more quickly, we will accelerate your raise review schedule.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Process cannabis with quality and efficiency, ensuring compliance with state regulations and company policies and procedures.

Work with Grow department to execute harvests.

Accomplish all flower processes post-harvest – dry, cure, trim – and prepare product for sale or transfer.

Acquire knowledge of strains, Metrc basics, and state regulations.

Competently follow directions from supervisor(s).

Assist with miscellaneous tasks to support overall company needs.

Maintain a safe, clean working environment that adheres to the company’s safety program to ensure quality of product is being met

PHYSICAL

Standing or sitting for long periods of time.

Must have nimble hands and be capable of repeat motion.
