All States Ag Parts – Store Manager (Full Time)
Due to All States Ag Parts recent expansion and rapid growth, we are looking for a Store Manager to work in a high energy environment.
What will I do?
- Manage store operations of an All States Ag Parts facility in a safe, efficient and profitable manner
- Manage inventory
- Financial reporting
- Oversee and assist in sales; walk-in and telephone customers
- Interview, hire, and oversee training of employees
- Develop and implement a marketing plan with senior management and marketing dept
What’s required from me?
- Two to four years of supervisor/manager experience with emphasis in customer service
- Able to motivate employees to perform well
- Maintain high ethical standards
- Follow and promote safety policies
- Able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly
- Basic knowledge of a computer
- Advanced knowledge of agricultural equipment, specifically tractors and combines
