Job Overview
* Performs several job duties and provides customer service.
* Takes orders, makes coffee, tea, and other drinks to customer specifications and operates a cash register and credit card machine.
* Assists guest and sells merchandise in a safe and efficient compliance with policies and procedures, brand standards, and federal, state and local regulations.
* Greets and seats Restaurant guests.
Requirements
At least one year related experience in a high volume establishment. Starbucks experience a plus. Alcohol awareness certification and familiarity with hospitality industry practices preferred. Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays.
