Overview

This position contributes to the success of Pepsi Beverages North America by leading administrative responsibilities and accountabilities with dedicated areas of expertise for the Austin/Hallettsville/Victoria TX locations


Responsibilities
  • Lead and train specific administrative process and control areas including Settlement, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, and Sales, Delivery & Customer Support
  • Supervise the Administrative Support team in the Austin/Hallettsville/Victoria TX locations
  • Review, manage and track directs schedules and over time per market policy
  • Monitor, analyze, and effectively communicates business performance to ensure attainment of planned business targets
  • Research, resolve, and communicate customer issues on behalf of Sales or Delivery Management
  • Conduct periodic audits and trend reviews to mitigate risks which may include running, analyzing, and distribution of reporting
  • Serve in a back-up capacity for direct reports and other South Texas Zone team members, ensuring a timely and accurate completion of tasks
  • Lead planning & execution support for company events such as team meetings and employee recognition opportunities
  • Manage team archive organization and document retention accountability via Share Point
  • Other administrative and customer support responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications
  • Experience in prioritizing work and multi-tasking with a strong sense of urgency, self-motivated and proactive
  • Show strong attention to detail and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
  • Outstanding organization, time management, and communication skills
  • Aptitude to work with minimal supervision – set goals, create and implement action plans, and monitor progress toward goals
  • Demonstrate strong computer skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
  • Must be a strong team player
  • High School Diploma or GED
