JOB SUMMARY

We operate a busy country club, and are looking for attendants to work behind the counter to help our members, as well as keep our tables in the pool area clean and tidy. If you have high energy and enjoy a variety of tasks, then this job is for you. Prepares and serves food and beverages in compliance with state and local laws.
- Attends and participates in all training sessions and team meetings
- Food preparation for breakfast and lunch
- Carefully follows standard house recipes when preparing food
- Make fresh coffee daily
- Take food and beverage orders and entering through our club POS system
- Serve food and beverages to guests in an efficient manner
- Food rotations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of all Mulligans House storage & service areas
- Set up and stock work area with food and beverage supplies daily
- Establish, maintain and seasonally reset par stocks for consumable goods
- Perform opening and closing duties assigned
- Take food and beverage orders and entering through our club POS system
- Properly stores all food products in appropriate storage areas
- Re-stock products as needed
- Consistently uses safe and sanitary food handling practices
- Cleans and locks up according to prescribed procedures
- Follow instructions and adhere to all procedures and company policies while maintaining a high standard of conduct

- Notifies and reports any problems or concerns to management
Essential Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Possess a basic knowledge of excellent service standards, food and beverage preparations as well as etiquette.
- Able to work POS - Will train
- Available to work weekends, and major holidays (Easter, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, along with other special events from time to time)
- Ability to stand 6-8 hours
- Mandatory compliance with all safety regulations, procedures, policies and rules
- Regular and predictable attendance.
- Arrives punctually in full uniform with a neat & professional appearance at all times
- Frequently Wash Hands for proper food handling
- Requires standing for extended periods, walking, pushing, carrying, bending, reaching, stooping, kneeling, or crouching.
- Able to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and in excess of 50 pounds with assistance
Hours of Operation are from 7:00Am - 5:00Pm
