Full-time graphic design/production position opportunity in a locally-owned trophy shop. Responsibilities include creating award design layouts that mostly are customer provided logos with text messages that are placed to fit the sizes and shapes to our pre-existing award item templates. Some instances having to convert jpeg logo images to a vector file type such as a pdf, eps or ai file for color correction and/or line art. Working with customer's generally by email, setting up and forwarding out award design layouts for approval in preparation for production. Production consists of operating laser engraving machines for etching mostly glass, crystal and plaque awards. Sublimation printing for metal, glass and acrylic award items. Position requirements include knowledge of Adobe Programs (Photoshop, Illustrator) and Corel Draw graphic design software.
