Job description

Holland Homes is looking for a graphic designer who is willing to work hard and grow with our company. This position will report to our marketing director and will be a valued asset to our sales and marketing team. This candidate will be responsible for creating marketing materials, managing website updates, as well as creating and scheduling within our email platform. Candidate will also minimally serve as an assistant to our interior designer by assisting in staging designer homes and organizing our design showrooms. Candidate will be expected to create content and produce concepts and ideas 90% of the time. Candidate must be self-motivated, detail oriented and deadline driven.

Responsibilities include:

• Create and edit marketing materials for multiple communities using Illustrator
• Create emails using Lasso templates (experience with Mail Chimp or Constant Contact is preferred but training will be provided)
• Manage properties and marketing content on the company website.
• Be available as a resource for the current marketing and design team members who need assistance with completing large projects.
• Candidate must be able to meet fast paced, weekly deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Obtaining or completed bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, or related field is preferred.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop. Graphic Design Skills are required.
• Ability to write creatively for marketing collateral.
• Experience with Microsoft Word, Canva, and PowerPoint
• Experience in Constant Contact, Mail Chimp or any additional mass email platform is a plus.
• Ability to multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must be willing to travel locally if needed.

Pay: $30,000.00 - $38,000.00 per year
