Kiliuda Consulting, a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking an Lead Graphic Designer to support operation support services in Keyport, WA.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop graphic/visual effects used in printed or virtual material.
• Use specialized hardware and/or software for video/audio capture and editing of multimedia presentations
• Incorporate principles of layout design throughout the production process
• Responsible for quality control, review and revision of all aspects of graphics development.
• Provide Program Management support. Manages the task order to ensure that the statement of work is carried out in accordance with specified objectives.
• Plan and develop methods and procedures for implementing work, directs and coordinates tasks, and exercises control over personnel responsible for execution of the statement of work.
• Selects personnel according to knowledge and experience.
• Communicate with employees to explain task order responsibilities and oversees performance.
• Review reports and records of activities to ensure progress is being accomplished toward specified objectives and modifies or changes methodology as required to redirect activities and achieve objectives.
• Prepare program reports. Controls expenditures in accordance with budget allocations.

Requirements:

• US Citizen
• Active Secret Clearance
• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of Five years’ experience as a Program Manager, building and managing diverse support team of labor categories to include: Photographer, Graphic Design, Writer/Editor, Event Coordinator, Videographer, and Communications
• Ten years directly related experience
• Expert MS Office Suite skills
• Expert written and verbal communication skills
