Job description
Highway Materials, Inc. is a producer of Construction Aggregates and Hot Mix Asphalt products in Eastern Pennsylvania, with seven locations to serve our customers.
Currently we are looking for a Grounds Person/Laborer to join our team at Plymouth Asphalt.
Responsibilities include:
- Plant clean up
- Light to heavy mechanical maintenance to ensure constant production
- Assist in plant maintenance when needed
- Upkeep of plant and heavy equipment (broom & shovel work)
- Maintain daily plant/heavy equipment operations
- Cross Trained in other jobs
Requirements include:
- 10-12 hour day
- Saturday work
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations
- Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
- High School Diploma (or GED)
Full time position with excellent start rate plus benefits (medical, dental, vision, disability, life, 401k and Paid time off).
