La Cascata Home Owners Association is looking for a part time Groundskeeper. 20-30 hours per week. MUST have a valid drivers license. Responsibilities include: keeping all common grounds tidy, picking up trash around the dumpsters, cleaning the club house /office and driving around maintaining the common grounds. Reporting violations and hazards to the Board and Office Staff.
