• Position: Swing Shift Forklift Operator
• Shift: 12:30pm –; 9:00pm, Monday-Friday with Overtime as needed
• Pay: $22.15per hour.

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate needs the following: Transportation, Manufacturing, Warehouse, Team Lead, Line Operator, Forklift, Quality Control,Material Handler, Machine Operator, Loader/Unloader

• Learn and manage the workflow and work duty allocation for team members within all departments of the facility to include: Put-Away, Inventory, Receiving, Shipping / Pack-out, Staging, Order Selecting areas.
• Have 3+ years in a progressive role within a supply chain, logistics, warehouse or distribution environment as a Team Lead, Workflow Planner or other role that requires making decisions and leading other associates in their daily tasks.
• Be responsible for training associates and work groups in daily tasks
• At least 1 year experience safely operating Forklift equipment to include: High Reach truck, sit-down, stand-up, order picker is strongly preferred and given first preference
• 1+ year experience using a commercial WMS (warehouse management system) such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP.

Role Purpose:

Responsible for supporting and leading specified group of individuals in the warehouse/clerical setting.

Provides daily direction and guidance to the work group.

Trains new associates in identified work group.

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain safe and efficient dock operation by switching trailers and equipment to and from docks.
• Maintains equipment fuel levels and refuels equipment during appropriate times.
• Loads and unloads trucks, verifying the count and condition of product. Reports overages, shortages, and damages.
• Performs daily yard checks.
• Properly secures loads, ensuring loads are within local, state and federal guidelines.
• Prepares and maintains accurate records and/or logs as required policies and procedures.
• Inspects truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, fuel, oil, and water. Notifies supervision of current or anticipated repair needs.
• Complies with all company policies, procedures, and guidelines.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Minimum of one year verifiable experience driving, switching or commercial tractor
