Group Leader
The After School Club located in Woburn is looking for Group Leaders for now and summer.
The After School Club is a licensed after school program serving children from Kindergarten - Grade eight. We are presently licensed for 52 children and open Monday - Friday 2:00 pm - 6:00 pm during the school year. We are a full time program in the summer and Woburn schools vacation weeks open from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Monday - Friday. The School year Group Leader is responsible for greeting children as they arrive, preparation of 1 activity per day during choice time, assisting in homework, and classroom upkeep. Availability for Woburn Public School half days is required (day to begin at 11:30 am). The school year hours for this position vary about 3-4 hours between 1:30 - 6:00. Hours are available during school vacations and summer vacations.
The summer Group leader is responsible for the day to day activities, attending field trips and other off site activities.
Candidates for all positions must have experience working with children in all age groups. First Aid and CPR certification is required.
