Guardrail Superintendent / Foreman

Description

We are currently looking to hire an experienced Guardrail Superintendent to work on a variety of Highway Guardrail Installation projects. The Superintendent will oversee the installation of guardrail projects using the latest technologies, equipment and expertise in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Run and manage a 4 to 8 man crew
• Read and understand all MASH Compliant Guardrail Systems
• Layout Guardrail and Signs
• Understand project and roadway stationing
• Keep Equipment Clean and operating (Preventive Maintenance)
• Read and understand Project Plans and blue prints
• Run and have a general Knowledge of several types of Equipment ( Guardrail Punch Truck ) ( Bob-Cat S850 Skid steer) ( Back Hoe) ( Orteco Down the Hammer-Steel Post Driver and all types of forklifts.
• Understand Inventory and Material

Requirements

• 3+ years minimum of Guardrail experience
• Applicant must have or be able to obtain a Class A CDL
• Able to travel here in the State of Arizona
• Must be able to communicate and Work well with State and Municipal Employees to agree on Project Eros Quantities Etc.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
